PMC - Precious Metal Clay

Deb Kauzlarich is teaching one-day workshops in PMC.  Precious Metal Clay is a clay consisting of particles of silver suspended in an organic binder to create a pliable material with a consistency similar to modeling clay. When fired in a kiln, the binder burns away and the metal particles fuse to form solid silver that can be sanded, soldered, colored and polished like conventional silver.

PMC I
Sat. April. 19, 10am - 3pm

$45 + materials
Students will be provided with tools, PMC is additional.
Learn all the fundamentals of PMC including but not limited to: Working with PMC, tools and materials, kilns, kiln time, & finishing.


PMC II
Sat. May 17, 10am - 3pm
$45 + materials
Students will be provided with tools, PMC is additional. Learn lots of cool additional techniques for use with PMC. Deb will give you one-on-one time to answer questions and help you with any projects you are interested in.
